Watch the work get done — and see exactly where it stops for you.
MatrixShift is a console where specialized agents work in the open. Below are three of its surfaces — from our working prototype, re-created frame by frame.
Work arrives where your team already talks
A colleague raises work in the channel and the agent volunteers — then stops dead before the one external action, waiting for a person.

Finished work comes back as decisions
Changed, skipped, drafted — each carrying its evidence. The frame that matters most: the agent declining to act, holding rather than guessing.

Delegation you can read at a glance
One work item crosses the board. The quiet rule on display: nothing reaches Done except through Review.

Approval before, review after, a trace of everything
- Approval comes first. It happens before an external effect — sending, posting, publishing, destructive writes.
- Review comes after. Execution is reviewed through the decisions it produced — accept, or request changes.
- Permissions are granted per tool. What an agent may do, and who approves it, is spelled out grant by grant — visible in every scene above.
From the prototype — an agent’s permissions, grant by grant.
From the prototype — a decision trace as your team sees it.

Fair questions
What is MatrixShift today?
A product in active development. The scenes on this page are faithful re-creations of our working prototype — not concept renders. Behind them is a growing waitlist, and we’d rather show you exactly where we are than imply more.
Can an agent act without approval?
MatrixShift is designed so external actions — sending, posting, publishing — wait for a person’s approval before they happen. Permissions are granted per tool, exactly as the scenes above show.
What does it connect to?
We’re designing against the categories listed above. Which integrations are available will be confirmed as teams come on board.
Who reviews the work?
Your team does. Finished work comes back as decisions — changed, skipped, drafted — each carrying its evidence, for a person to accept or send back.
How is it priced?
One organizational subscription: unlimited seats, with pooled credits. See the pricing page for tiers — and talk to us directly about custom enterprise support.
When can my team use it?
We’re early — today MatrixShift is a working prototype. Join the waitlist and we’ll reach out when it’s your turn.
